Item Drop-off Information


  • ALL items MUST be prepped and tagged for sale.
  • Please have your clothing grouped by size & gender, then rubber banded together. Have all other items grouped by category/type in disposable containersYou will not receive these containers back!
  • You MUST have a  drop-off Appointment to drop off your items for sale. (Drop-off days: October 8-9-10, 2017)
  • Please stay in your vehicle as you pull through the drive-thru line and wait for someone to come to you. We will be with you as quickly as possible.  We will get you checked in, unload your items, and give you your pre-sale band without you ever having to step foot out of your car! It is that easy! 
  • Any item not accepted will be returned to you at Unsold Item pick up.  It will be marked with a colored dot explaining why it was not accepted.  Please go through these items before the next sale.  If they return with the same sticker we will donate it!

Unsold Item Pick-up


  • Monday immediately following the Sale, October 16th, from 5-8pm.
  • Any remaining items after 8pm will be donated to the local nonprofit charity of our choice.
  • Pick-up will work exactly the same way as drop-off.  Please remain in your vehicle and pull thru the drive-thru line as we will be with you as soon as possible.
  • If you find you are missing an item please mention it to the runner and make sure to write the item down on the clip board.  We do our best to deter from lost or stolen items, however, sadly it happens.  We will do what we can to locate your item if at all possible.
