BEFORE DROPPING ITEMS OFF
YOU WILL NEED TO:
- Register as a new or returning consignor.
- Hang and tag your items. Wire Hangers only!
- Double-check that all items have tags & bar codes.
- Plan to spend at least 30 minutes during your scheduled drop-off appointment.

NOTE: Consignors will be responsible for helping to place their items on the sales floor. Please keep this in mind as you decide when to come and plan your time accordingly.
WHEN YOU GET TO THE
- Leave your items in your vehicle and come in to the check-in table.
- Once you have checked in, then please bring in your items. Please make sure clothing items are grouped by gender and size.
- Once all your items are ready to be inspected, proceed to the line for inspections.
- When you are next in line, a Treasured Twice Volunteer will escort you to the inspection area. Your items will be inspected for seasonality and/or blemishes.
We will be inspecting every single item upon drop-off. This upholds the integrity of our sale as a Premier Shopping Experience.
Once all your items have been inspected, they are ready to be placed on the sales floor. All consignors should plan enough time to put their items on the sales floor. We will have volunteers to help you with this.
PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Consignors have the option of picking up their unsold items or Treasured Twice will donate all or some of your unsold items to charity.
Note that ONLY items marked "NO" in the donation part of your tags will be returned to you. Items not picked up by the designated pick up time will be donated to charity.
The process of picking-up is very simple and efficient.
You will sign in, receive instructions on getting your items and sign out!
Please know that it is your responsibility to get all of your items and we request that you check each item to verify ownership.
There will be a lost and found area that we will encourage you to look through before you leave.
